It's fun to watch music videos in languages you don't understand because you can still understand what is going on. They say love is universal. Apparently, blinded jerks also exist worldwide. This is a cool Thai music video. I love the part at the end where the girl he keeps ignoring walks up to him without even speaking and just using gestures, and proceeds to dunk his Blackberry into a bucket of ice water, and it splatters onto his face. That's cold, girlfriend. But he totally had it coming. And when she exits, I like how she splits apart the other couple on her way out. Take that! My hero :)
Can't wait 'til this album drops on May 31st!
I don't want to spoil anything but my favorite favorite favorite scene is when they're driving recklessly to get the officer's attention.
Just go watch it. It is the funniest thing I've watched in a long time. Mad props to Kristin Wiig. I had decided to see it because I watched Jimmy Fallon praise Kristin in his genuinely boyish excited tone. Not to mention, I was impressed with Kristin's stylish attire - she is seen here in the interview wearing a sexy halter outfit, with yellow nail polish (yes because I'm a nailpolish-junkie), ombre highlights, and subtle but delicate gold jewelry. I'm not a fashionista, but I was taken aback by this woman who I normally see on SNL as an understated goofball. She's brilliant here, because she not only shined as the star but also wrote the script! Normally, you would think these movies are stupid-funny, but I'd argue that this was clever-funny.
Justin Timberlake shows you a thing or two about winning in Liquorville.. this is perhaps the only skit on SNL that still makes me laugh.
What in the world? Would you have preferred real monkeys instead?

I just get happy vibes watching this, just can't explain it. Look how cute they are!
While my fellow Laker fans and I lick our wounds.. we'll get through this, things get better.
In the meanwhile, we celebrate the legacy led under Phil Jackson and we are left to wonder who next to fill Phil's shoes?
I don't know the answer but I do know Brian Shaw is a viable candidate. I've always liked his demeanor, and he's always been an integral part of the Laker family.
I recently read a very touching article on Brian Shaw, shedding some light on some of his own personal devestation. For someone to lose their family in such a tragedy, I find it overwhelmingly heartbreaking, but at the same time inspiring because he was able to move on from it and still be a leader. It teaches me not to take anyone we have in our lives for granted. Our time here is always short and unexpected, so let's make the most of it together and be here for one another even through the worst and best of times.
