Natalie Portman - Isn't she the woman all men want, and all women wouldn't mind being? Phenomenal actress in what appears to be a must-see movie. Intriguing. Slightly haunting. Disturbing. Jogs my adrenaline. Can't wait to watch this one.

There isn't a wedding I've gone to this year that has NOT had a photobooth. It's like red velvet cake. Or Ketel One. The latest trend. But so addicting. I like this compilation, and I'm not just biased because it's my friend's wedding either. *wink.

OK, after my friend convinced me this is worth watching (she explained it would be kind of like Kill Bill, but not really), I checked this movie out at a local film festival. My, my, my. It was entertaining. I think you have to watch something like this, with the mindset that it is MEANT to be ridiculously funny. Every scene made me laugh, and I think the best part was the captain obvious types of comments such as, "Be careful, you might hit me or something!" as the bullets flew by human targets. It's not for the weak of laughter. The fried shrimp in the eyes, was by far, my favorite part. If you're not into movies so ridiculously, stupid-funny, then don't watch this.
A and I go back to our college days. We were classmates, later I was his TA in college, interned at the same place, and later worked at the same company. He's just one of the most genuinely nice people you will ever meet. I was so honored and happy to have attended his wedding. No doubt in my mind he will be a wonderful husband and father. He's lucky to have found his bride, but I think his bride's even luckier. Love is beautiful.
After watching this trailer, I'm curious what the last 40 minutes holds in store for us?
Can't wait to watch this.

You know when you listen to someone live and they can send ripples up and down your back?
Melanie Fiona does it to me every time. As long as we're on a music kick today. Get your dose:
Nice pick. Oh-oh, want some more?

I am such a fan of Guillermo Del Toro's work. I am looking forward to this one. I haven't seen a thrilling, dark (no pun intended) movie, in quite some time. So please, January 21, 2011, come soon.
I only know J from cs class back in college, but this is proof that genuinely good people exist in the world. Isn't this a cute video of the bride + groom?
