    this video is magical!

Adam Young from Owl City hits the lyrics and the notes right where it counts. I can play this song over and over.. and this video is so fitting. I had one of these old school Speak & Spells! It brings back memories. I used to love that thing - my dad bought me one when I was in kindergarten. Ever since, I've been in love with words. Just as I am in love with Owl City's songs and lyrics

You know how you get a cereal box and if there's a cool toy on the box, it always has a little disclaimer that says Picture Not Actual Size or something like that?
Well, not this time.  This is actual size.  Forget your 1/144 scale or 1/60 scale.. here's a life-size Gundam, 18 whopping meters, 1/1 scale.  This Gundam statue will be on display in Odaiba, Tokyo until August 31st.   Simply amazing!

Sweden has more awesome things other than Ikea and Vikings.

    Like this band!  The Sounds!

Maja Ivarsson rocks the vocals, and the accompanying band works up quite a sweat live, they know how to pump up a show.  Recently, they've been the opening act for the No Doubt Tour. Kudos to bands who still know how to give it to you on stage.

With the video recording capability offered from the iPhone 3GS, it was only a matter of time before companies would offer tripods.  I personally knew I could never be a surgeon, let alone a pro with the handy cam, since my hands have a slight shakey-shakey thing going on.  Maybe this tripod would work out well for those of us who still want to dabble at a little videography while they’re on the go and eliminate some of that shakey footage.  I think the concept is interesting, though I know serious filmographers will scoff at the idea of decent video production from a mobile device.   If anything, it would add just a little more quality to the output, and you don’t have to sacrifice convenience.  Perhaps if there was an affordable consumer version, I might bite.  For now, they only offer the PRO edition, which equates to $295 – eep!  ..close to the same price as the iPhone itself.

OK not the world.  But hey, they've got to start somewhere.  For anyone who is a Rilakkuma fan – here’s a netbook just for you.

Once there’s a ridiculously cute craze that takes over Japan – this type of product’s inception is imminent.  We should’ve seen it coming, right?

As tempting as those cute little harmless, innocent eyes of his are, just couldn't justify investing in one, especially not $850.

Amusing shopping experience.  I must say, they did a great job bringing the Hammer back.

Now where does one get those hot gold pants that can fit a family of four?
    Too cool for school.

So I have trouble waking up in the mornings (don't we all?)  and it's progressively gotten worse over the years.  Oddly, as a teenager, I used to spring up out of bed at the crack of 5 or 6 without so much as a flinch or hesitation.  Now that I'm oh let's just say way beyond my teen years - I just fight the inevitable having to roll out of bed.  And then I came across this..

If you suffer from the same lag when you roll out in the mornings, bet this would help speed up the process!  Clever, so clever.

My heart skips a beat to:
That really good song that you can put on repeat without getting tired of it, the perfect swish from nothing but net, bright colors that scream attention which I don't like to bask in, cars that remind me of cartoons, the right sneakers for every occasion, the honest "I've-missed-you" look my dog gives me when I come home, a quick run in the dark imagining someone is chasing me, anything kawaiiiiii, frozen desserts of many fulfilling kinds, heroes or arch-nemeses, life ambitions and carpe diem actions, exercising brain power, exploring So Cal, and eating food that is yummy-yummy, in my tummy. Did I mention I'm a web-junkie? Long live internet!
