I think the hardest part to stomach, was to watch the people fall out of the building and plummet to the ground, or hanging from the sides of the windows waving flags for help. You desperately want to help them, even now, though it is long over, and it's frustrating because you can't do anything about it. And all those who ran in to try and help them whose lives were also lost.. it's overwhelming... It's completely mind numbing to absorb the shocking initial reactions of the people who were actually there. My thoughts are with you.
