Back on the running kick.  My goal is to run as far as my feet will take me.  I don't know if I'm ready to run my fourth marathon anytime soon.. from what I recall it was a triumphant but grueling 26.2 miles each time.  I think I'm going to take baby steps.. get back in this thing w/ a few runs at a time.  It will help me get back in shape, and running just helps propel my thought process in a calm state.  Gotta lace up these kicks and go, go, go.
